Family Engagement Dinner/Lecture Series Begins Tues., March 29, 2011 from 5:00-7:30 PM


Decades  of research in both the medical and education fields, show that engaging parents in their children's treatment and education is key to positive outcomes. But, it is not always easy . . . join us for dinner and dialogue on this important topic at our 4-part spring lecture series entitled Engaging Families for Better Outcomes for Children beginning Tuesday, March 29th from 5:00-7:30 PM at The Village Inn in Narragansett Pier.  The series begins with Belle Evans, PhD, MSW, LICSW, MPH, MEd, BSN, RN, BS, Professor of Social Work at Rhode Island College and Deborah Belanger from RI Parent Information Network discussing Real Family Engagement:  More than offering coffee and cookies.
